This is a fabulous clinic!! I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else to visit. They are exceptional treating fertility and pregnancy, the reasons I have been a client for the past 4 years! If there has been a wait time it’s because these amazing acupuncturists are in high demand and that only equals experience and great results in my book! They helped me have my 2 children!

The practitioners at Ponsonby Accunpuncture are the best I have ever seen. We have been blessed to have children because of the incredible care my family have had here over the last 8 years. In situations where I may wait sometimes, I am more than happy to wait as I know there are people such as my father who have just had grueling chemo and need urgent care. So thank you for your incredible caring practice philosophy which has supported my father (who has miraculously fought pancreatic cancer) and has been under David’s expert care, for the last 2 1/2 years. This clinic is our family’s primary health practitioner and David, Chris,Maria and Michele are an amazing team who I have recommended to many many people.....and as a result their lives, and children’s lives have changed dramatically because of their infinite care. I have been having regular acupuncture treatments for the past 3 years and I can not say enough positive things about David Craddick & the team at Ponsonby Acupuncture Clinic. David has a professional yet friendly manner that immediately puts you at ease, and his knowledge & understanding of Chinese Medicine is second to none. He has an incredible ability to accurately diagnose any imbalances or conditions that you may be struggling with & I have complete faith in his treatment ability. He has helped me personally to overcome infertility (I now have a toddler & I’m currently expecting again), as well as successfully treating my neck pain, insomnia, anxiety & my thyroid condition. David has also treated my toddler since he was one week old, & we have seen huge benefits from reflux & teething discomfort reduced, to decreased symptoms & fast recovery of coughs, colds & viruses. It is always a pleasure walking into Ponsonby Acupuncture Clinic and you truly feel that David, Michelle, Chris & the team sincerely care about the well being & recovery of their clients.
After being recommended to this practice, I was very disappointed with the service. It is by no means cheap so I expected great service. On my second visit I was shown to a room and left there to wait for my treatment. 25 minutes later I was still sat there with no information given that the acupuncturist was running late. There was nothing in the room to keep me entertained re magazines. I had scheduled this appointment into my day and was unable to stay for the treatment due to the delay. I asked the receptionist about how much longer I was expected to wait and was told she would check, but as I was unable to stay, I said I had to leave. There was no apology and there has been no follow up from the acupuncturist , or a follow up to see if I need to rebook my appointment. Very disappointed, considering the reputation of the clinic.
Crappy customer service. Would not go back.
