Best IPL in Auckland - my face looks amazing after rejuvenation therapy... I wouldn't go anywhere else. Always happy and smiley, great customer service and satisfaction! It is so important to trust your therapist and Lizzy has years of experience and knowledge to impart to clients so I feel super confident that I am in good hands with her! Brilliant - :)

I had my first treatment with Liz at Ponsonby IPL Clinic today. She is very bubbly and welcoming, and takes the time to explain the science behind IPL! She made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment and consultation. I am looking forward to seeing the results over the course of my treatment!
Having never seen a beauty therapist before, I wasn't sure what to expect. Liz explained IPL very clearly to me, and consulted with me on what treatment would be best. She's a professional, friendly lady, and a pleasure to see.

Liz is a very professional lady and knows what she is doing specially my skin type is not very common as I am middle eastern and I was worried about how it will go in the rejuvenation but the results are fantastic so far and I highly recommend her, she is committed to the deals made even if the deal was just over the phone.
Elizabeth (Liz) Richardson from Ponsonby IPL Clinic is absolutely crazy. DO NOT go here under any circumstances. I paid for 12 months IPL in three areas. After 5 months she asked me for more money. I provided her with evidence of the deal I had purchased, a screenshot of my bank account showing the transaction and text messages between Liz and I confirming the amount and duration of deal. Following this, she sent me loads of abuse - calling me names ranging from "spoilt cow" to "f****** b****", "and "hideous", and denying that a deal like this ever existed, even that I had NEVER paid her any money at all. I am a real estate professional so deal with all kinds of people every day.. Whilst Liz's IPL seems ok, her mental state is far from anything I have ever experienced before.
