I was an out-of-town buyer and unable to view the car in person. Herb gave me valuable help in assessing the condition of the car, with phone discussions, emailing me extra photos in response to questions I raised, and organising the independent vehicle inspection. I found Herb to be friendly and open, which is reassuring when you are buying something remotely from somebody you don't know. Herb was willing to negotiate on price, delivery, and mechanical insurance, and I felt that I was being listened to rather than coaxed. I'll happily consider Precision Autos again when it comes time to replace this car.
