I will not recommend using Prendos, I was promised a valuation by Friday, did not receive it within the time frame, so I called them and emailed them and later found out that invoice was sent to wrong email, again followed up and second email had no attachment which was so frustrating, Prendos communication skills and service was pathetic, valuer was keep saying that you will receive the valuation in couple of minutes and I was keep waiting and waiting. Really really disappointed and unhappy. Charged me 747. 50 for poor service, whereas other companies can do it 650 including gst

We would not recommend this company. We felt that their valuation was way out. We deal in rental properties and know the market. They valued the property substantially less the the bank and the RV. Both of these are known to be conservative estimate,s nor were they aware of the new kitchen,bathroom carpets,paint etc. which Prendos were. The valuation was done BEFORE Covid-19 was a thing!. Very disappointing and a waste of our cash TBH

Really upset with this company and valuers. Please do not use them. They valued my property less than the CV value and due to which we could not get our refinance. Will not recommend to anyone.
