Thanks to Gabi and Ben at Prestige Garage Doors for an amazing job on our garage door replacement!! We wanted something a bit different and their design team created exactly what we had in mind. Great attention to detail and the communication throughout was awesome. We couldn't be more pleased!

March 30 2021 UPDATE: Thanks so much for all the work that has been done to remedy the situation. It is much appreciated. HOWEVER, I am still waiting on the hinge that is due to be replaced. Until then I can't offer a new review, because the job is STILL INCOMPLETE. Alvie Feb 2021 I ordered garage doors from Prestige in November 2020. They stuffed up the order and sent the installer out with the wrong colour doors. It was two weeks to Christmas so they told me they wouldn’t be able to fabricate new doors until early January. On January 16 they emailed and said the doors were fabricated and in the process of being power coated. In that same email they said I would have my doors over the next two weeks. It is now February 16. Still no doors. No update by email. No offer of compensation. The garage doors are for my work-from-home space. I have not been able to work from home since December. This is an epic fail. I absolutely categorically DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. If you need garage doors, go elsewhere.

I recently had my garage door installed through Prestige Doors, Ben - the owner was co-ordinating everything and was outstanding in his communication. The installer came on time and did an excellent job and left the place neat and tidy! Only recommendation would be for Ben to have more payment options i.e. Afterpay, etc. Ben also has a YouTube video on cleaning instructions for garage door which is handy! Highly recommended for those looking for new garage doors!
