I like a good massage. I have tried many places but never gave feedback. This place looks nice, good decor and presentation, but the massage was simply basic. Not satisfying at all. I was disappointed at the smell of the linen. Like old armpits. It felt like they simply used the same ones from the previous customer.

I wanted a head, neck, shoulder treatment.. Head and Neck was not massaged. Therapist seemed to be more interested in texting while I was lying there. Also left the room without any heads up to meet someone and started changing the beds etc while I was putting my clothes on after the treatment. Not sure if I would be keen to go back after this.

Having back stiffness for years and tried many massage establishment. Finally found out west the best professional establishment and after several sessions finally moving better and sleeping longer. Great service and very reasonable rates AAA

They are back to being the best. I used to go there lots in 2015-17 then the new people were hired and from there the quality of massages went downhill. Now in July 20 they are putting effort. Well done
