Great organisation. I’ve had ongoing back pain problems from a prolapse disc since 2015. Over this period several physio’s have given me temporary relief. Proactive though put me on to a pain management programme organised and supervised by their physiotherapist Emma, this has been life changing. Emma has been truly awesome in her dedication, and patience ensuring that I have come out of this programme feeling positive, fighting fit and prepared for managing pain should it occur again. Highly recommended.
