Disappointed with the service today. The staff Emily is very rough and rushing for no reason- no one is waiting! And after I told her the side of some nails are not filled she became very impatient. She kept looking elsewhere instead of paying attention to what she was supposed to be doing and eventually she cut my hand!

The salon improved temporarily after the new salon opened but now service is very hit or miss. Some of the younger staff seem to be better skilled and more professional than the older ones. The salon seems dirty - stations don't look like they have been cleaned, acrylic liquid had stuff floating in it. That, plus the unwelcoming vibe, felt like they didn't want customers. I had my nails done today (acrylic infill with gel polish) and the technician's technique was bizarre - using a file to take polish off my fingers, extending a tip with acrylic but without a form (she was about to leave it 1/2 inch thick until I called her on it), and when the topcoat didn't work she used oil to cover up the dullness. Definitely not worth 50 (which I had to pay before starting). There are plenty of other salons nearby and others in Sylvia Park. Don't waste your time and money here.

They were so busy today which I have so much understanding for, but after a pedicure I left with calluses not filed and messy polish on my cuticles. Also they were very curt. Slightly apologetic for the delay.

Acrylic nails were nice but lasted one day. The service was also very bad and the nails broke easily - probably due to the rushed process and poor service.

I broke a nail and came in to have it fixed along with a new set of polish. There is a nice range of polish colors to choose from and some pretty glitter ones as well. The lady that did my nails was really attentive in fixing my broken nail with dipping powder, doing several coats and buffing each time to make sure it was 'sealed'. There was a brief shaping for my nails, cuticle trim, along with some nail oil and hand cream :) My nails were painted well, nice even layers with no clumping and the whole process was just a breeze.

The behaviour of your staff is disgusting, be thankful you have a job and live in a beautiful and clean country like New Zealand. Making your customers like myself feel belittled and mocking them whilst using your services is atrocious. If you don't like your job, go find another one! I will never come back to this disgrace of a place! TAKE YOUR MONEY and business elsewhere!!

I could tell the lady was rushing. From the filing to the application of the acrylics she was being rough and filed my surrounding skin a couple times. The nails are wonky, the paint job isn’t great and after she had roughly filed some of my skin she slapped some alcohol on my nails and skin and I felt like my skin was burning. Also when I left there were still chunks of glue under some of my nails which I later filed at home. The only positives was that the guy at the front was really nice and welcoming and the price point wasn’t too bad. 60 for a full set of acrylics. The place looked nice and clean too but the nails the self suck.
