I had a Cary CAD300-SEI vacuum tube integrated audio amplifier that required maintenance and transformer voltage conversion from 110V to 230V. Profix Electronics Repair handled this delicate job in an efficient and professional manner. Thorough diagnostics, testing, repair and modification of this somewhat exotic and fragile equipment were completed less than a week after drop off. The amplifier was picked up in excellent condition, cleaned and fully functional. An added bonus was inspection and helpful advice about set-up of another piece of electronics, a scientific instrument, free of charge. I highly recommend Profix for their expertise and careful, meticulous, friendly service.

Stopped by as the board infront said they fix laptops, asked the older man and they no longer service them.

Fantastic service. Diagnosed and repaired a faulty circuit board for me. Soldered on new components in very tight packed board. Great job at very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

These guys were amazing. Managed to repair a circuit board for a Klipsch subwoofer, after we had been told by another electronic repair company that it wasn’t repairable. Highly recommended.

Took my amp in and the gentleman insisted he could not repair it, I thought it was only a dry solder joint. Said it wasn't wouldn't look, wouldn't try. Had a go myself, what do you know, fixed because it was a dry solder joint. Should be called Nofix, complete waste of time.

I was delighted when Profix fixed my amplifier. They didn't just fix it but restored it to original condition - it sounds better than ever.

Chitra is highly knowledgeable as well as resourceful. Not only diagnosed and repaired but also suggested some setup changes to help reduce the chance of future faults. Even got a follow up phone call to check I had got equipment reinstalled on site OK. A service which I can highly recommend.
