Brilliant except when you apply online they don't always have the options required. I haven't had time to ring up , I've tried to email and I still haven't got the correct details sorted yet . I've had no trouble at all with my other car . Just the older one. Great service from past experience. Not quite sure how but they need to have all options available when applying online. Have never had any trouble in the past with any claims .

Shocking customer service and experience with this company! Very straight forward claim with an eye witness and offending drivers Rego number has turned into a 6 month affair of back and forth for the first 3 months and now ignoring 4 emails and calls. Motorbike unusable due to being hit while parked and repair likely only costing around 600.. Have paid almost this much in insurance premiums and registration costs on the bike since the incident and by the time this is all repaired I will have paid more in these costs than actually repairing the bike.. NOT happy and will be taking legal action if I do not get a response within 2 working days.
