Pulse Energy provide a power and broadband package - future customers be VERY WEARY of this. If you do have any kind of issue with your broadband service (in my case, the issues are very frequent) there is no support out of business hours. - Which means that if you have a problem during the evening or over a weekend or on a public holiday, Pulse Energy - your Broadband services provider will do NOTHING. And then just to show you how much they enjoy taking your money for nothing in return, when after many hours - (many days in my case) of effort to contact someone at Pulse energy, they still don't have a clue about the status of the broadband service. I had speeds of 60 msecond ping time, 2.5Mbps (that's right 2.5!) download speed and 0 (yes ZERO) upload speed - and Pulse denied there was a problem because 'their tests showed I was connected.' In summary, there broadband service is HOPELESS.

I’m sure the other feedback has ‘some’ relevance, however I’ve only experienced quality service. Been with pulse for three years after a knock on our door. He explained what our savings would be after looking at our other energy bill. I’m always sceptical, but always after a better deal, and if not satisfied we could always switch back, so made the change. After the first month, and comparing each subsequent month we are saving approximately 300 per year. That’s good in my book!

Seriously this is by far the cheapest I’ve been with. I was with most of the other power companies and my power was between 300-400 a month for a family of 3 and we are not even at home all day due to work and school, until I joined pulse and I haven’t spent more than 190 a month on power. I recommended pulse to my friends cos even they can’t believe how cheap my rates are with pulse. I’m never leaving this power company.

A rep was door knocking no promoting this place. We then arranged with the rep for further details. This was arranged for time they were meant to call us. That time came and went. We ended up calling, which went around in circles. Finally got some were, prices did not match the rep. Due to this sloppiness I would recommend not bothering with them. More so when contact is still the same price to what they offered. Edit. No interest in trying to sort these issues out when we have already tried with them. Before warned with shopping with these people.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! Went away for partners auntys funeral. Pulse did not notify us that they had taken over out power. And had switched off our power. We got home after 5 days away. To find all of the food in our fridge and freezer had rotted and liquefied. Out house smelled of rotten meat. We could not even make out 3 month old baby a warm bottle. We called them and they told us to wait until morning. We argued with them for 40minutes before they put our power on. They gave us 50 credit on our account for the 400 worthave of food we lost. We went away again for a family holiday for 2 days. Nothing was on except our fridge. We were 230 in credit and somehow in 2 days ended up in - 28.79 in debt. WORST POWER COMPANY! WILL BE TAKING THEM TO COURT FOR ALL OUR MONEY BACK! IT'S ALL HIDDEN COSTS. COMPLETE AND UTTER SCAM!!!!!!

I have been a Happy Pulse Customer for several years. I have never had any problems and find their pricing very reasonable. I love the discounted Highlanders Tickets for being a customer!! I have recently discovered the chat on their website which is great! Also they have Broadband at a very competitive rate. I recommend Pulse to my friends and family

These guys are liars and crooks. If you want pre pay power I recommend Globug. They have an app which makes monitoring your power very simple and their rates are decent. We had a salesperson come to our door ignoring the sticker on the door and lied about how much cheaper they are than Globug. We gave them a chance and thought we would be saving money. They gave us 50 credit which lasted only 3 days, whereas Globug would last over 7 days. Terrible service, terrible login which always says password incorrect. I do not recommend this service, stick with Globug.
