Good experience but poor professional interactive skills with the customer. Was abit inpatient and rough while doing the manicure and not very friendly. But good manicure received.

I have been coming to this salon for nearly 10years , the ownership changed and I continued to go for my treatments. Recently , I have noticed the customer service deteriorate..among the team of therapist there is only one of the oldest and mature therapist who I can trust ..she is the best.......but the remaining team needs to work on thier skills .and communication....i sustain a cut as the therapist were busy talking across in their language which to me is a rude .....they never talk to their customers but always busy tslking to each other all the time ....the foot massage I received felt like butter being applied to bread. I have taken off my loyalty card and informed them that I will not be returning ever as the service is so poor .instead of feeling pampered I was watching them so closey so as to not sustain another cut . It was sad to leave after so long

Very happy with the result of my Gel manicure. The staff is very kind and they have a good variety of colours. The place is located on the first floor and would deffinetly recommend it if you are looking for a fast and nice manicure!

I am very happy with my nails however, the experience itself was a bit underwhelming. The staff didn't provide the relaxing environment that is expected from such an establishment as they constantly and loudly chatted to each other and almost totally ignored the presence of their clients. The work itself was OK though if you are not in need of peace and quiet.
