What an amazing team of people!! Perfect service from start to finish. Victor knew exactly how to make my concept come together for a custom piece. No need to stress about not meeting a dead line either. I was very worried this wasn't going to be ready in time for a birthday during Easter but you guys went above and beyond and got this to me a week early!! Absolutely thrilled with the piece, it looks amazing in our tiny little house. Can't wait to get more from you guys when we can!!!

I contacted Radikal Neon for a custom Flamingo light for a Christmas gift and from the get go it was an easy, super friendly process. The guys were very personable and kept me updated. I find it very rare these days to get genuine and down to earth customer service and companies don't really seem to care about their customers experience. It was totally opposite here! I felt looked after, enjoyed the process and their team were genuinely happy to have your custom! Will definitely be hitting these rad dudes up again and support local! My family absolutely loved the light also! So epic!
For many years we have had the idea of using a neon sign to make a statement in our home and a long standing family joke meant it just had to say “not guilty”! And, no we are not lawyers... Well the awesome team at Radikal Neon have now made this dream come true in the form of a special birthday gift for my wife. The colour is her favourite and with the dimmer it fits whatever mood we want in the room. They pulled a few strings to deliver this on time and at a very reasonable cost. I have nothing but gratitude and a huge thanks for the extra effort put in to meet my “surprise gift” deadline. Thanks to Radikal Neon for everything. I cannot recommend higher.
Hands down the best place to get your neon signs!! Awesome communication from designing to the end product. They did an amazing job with our 'Mr & Mrs' sign and we love it. The have an Afterpay option to ease payments and very fast delivery after product was completed. Thank you Radikal Neon!
