Just called in to inquire about booking a bouncy castle. The boy on the phone was really rude. All he said was “is it for outside? Uhm no. Bye” and hung up straight away. Very unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. *edit: we had you on speaker and 3 people overheard you hang up on us. Had you had been friendlier and taken the time to appropriately respond to us we would have understood about the weather risk.*

Ordered a last minute bouncy castle for New Years day. Very clean, delivery was half an hour before the actual booked time, friendly service. Would recommend. :)
The castle looks like brand-new, clean. Set up and pick up on time. No hesitation on the service. Easy process:- book online, text to confirm, call to confirm one day before the booking date. Highly recommend.
