Absolutely, the worst retailer experience I've had in many years in NZ. Checked to ensure they had stock, ordered the item, never arrived in time. Asked for a refund, was told yes. Followed up, they tried to charge a restocking fee blaming couriers saying it wasn't their fault. Track and trace showed it was not even sent till after it had to have arrived. Once I proved that, it took multiple emails including a threat to do chargeback on my credit company to get the credit, and then they short credited it, by the "freight" amount despite it having free shipping. Had to involve consumer NZ to get my freight credited. 2 months to get my money back. They either don't understand the CGA or just ignored it, and it all felt very seedy and dishonest. Anyone can sell product, customer service is the difference and these guys need to understand what it means. It doesn't just mean being nice when you are getting the sale, but doing the right thing, when you get it wrong and let a customer down. A bunch of stress that should have been easily avoided. So disappointed in my experience.

Ordered a woofer and that same day received another one from a family member so I cancelled my order - Rapallo told me I'd be charged a 120 "restocking fee" and be charged for shipping from the warehouse to their store. Several emails and still no refund, one of my emails they even responded with "Should be with us this week, container has landed they are just off loading it" have been left with no choice but to contact bank for a charge back on my credit card Its not hard to let a customer know whats going on.
