I have been using Rapid Radio to upgrade my car stereo systems over the past 10 years. Each and every time they have down the work it has been outstanding and exactly what I wanted. Starting from helping to design the solution and choose products, through to the installation and finishing the guys provide excellent helpful service and advice. The actual lot installations are always neat and tidy and never make your car look messy. Most importantly their solutions just work and always sounds fantastic.

Really quick and easy to get a stero installed. Emailed them with a few questions and was ready to get the radio installed the next couple of days. Really friendly service. I was also able to leave my car there for the day for the installation so I could pick it up after work.
Did a really good job installing a radio that I had already, but damaged my car in the process of installing it. They had to use a heat gun to get the dash mount out but in the process they melted the button for the AC. Radio works so just a little bit annoyed that a company that works on supercars can’t install a mount for a simple hatchback.
Great customer service. Had a small issue in my Forester following the installation on my awesome new Kenwood head unit that Rapid Radio had supplied and fitted for me. Phoned them up and described the issue, took the car in and the issue was resolved - quickly. These guys know what they're doing! A very happy customer.

Rang up these guys following a specific recommendation from my car dealer. While polite, the response was a pretty blunt "no" with no attempt to provide any alternative suggestions or point me in another direction. Appreciate their honesty but the experience left me feeling pretty deflated and no idea where to go next to solve a genuine problem :(
Was recommended to come here to get a new car stereo and to get it fitted. I spoke to Mark on the phone to make a booking and help me to decide which stereo would be best for me. Rapid Radio did a brilliant job fitting it in and when I went to collect my car later on, Mark explained all the features of my new stereo to me before I left. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get a car stereo and to get it fitted. Excellent customer service. Thank you
The guys at Rapid Radio did a great job on upgrading the sound system in our new leaf that was mediocre at best. Mark really listened to what we were after and was able to direct us towards a couple options on what could be best without any pressure. After listening to the output and selecting what we liked the install went well and the after service of taking us through how to use the system properly was awesome. We did have a little issue with the passenger belt not retracting properly though we took it back in and they fixed it asap. Mark knows his stuff, which is what we were after so we would highly recommend their service. Cheers guys :)
