I called in because it had been raining and I was able to park right outside the cafe. An elderly couple were in front of me and taking their time. So long I sat down near the front so I could order when they were finished. There is outdoor protected seating but no one sat there it being too cold. I ordered coffee my favorite roast West Coast super flat large As expected the coffee was Xtra hotbuttoo much froth. With wedges and sour cream. The wedges are slightly dusted, and tasted crisp, hot with a mild flavor. The coffee smooth. Served by the owner. Super coffee, my wife like very much. Food looks good, tastes good, the rice and very good. I believe if the chef can treat well rice, then the dish must better than others. People very nice. Will back again.️
This is a very popular place. We arrived around brunchtime and it was heaving. Despite this the staff did a marvelous job managing the multiple orders. We started with a coffee which my partner told me was some of the best she's had. A lofty commendation from an dedicated coffee consumer. The space inside the cafe is light and there are tons of windows. After a coffee we had poached eggs on toast ,done to perfection crispy ciabatta. We enjoyed watching the two guys making coffee in a tag team like way, delivering coffee after coffee after coffee to the awaiting clientele.
Been twice now, got the RFC (Ravenhill Fried Chicken) burger both times. Very delicious, although the bun is a bit crumbly & the second time they were a bit too generous with the sauce. Make sure you arrive with a empty tummy!
Just spectacular. Great prices, amazing coffee, perfectly cooked food and huge portions. I just found my regular!

Cosy spot in Birkenhead. Nice mix of cabinet food and menu items and the coffee was great. Love the outdoor seating, even though the weather wasn’t conducive to sitting outside when I went. Well thought out decor, creating a nice atmosphere inside.
