We have been using Ray White's services for many years. Over all these years there were different property managers managing our property. By far we are impressed by Ms Joanne Jones, the current property manager's services. She is professional with excellent communication skills. We always have prompt replies from her to any questions regarding the maintenance. She is resourceful and willing to go further to find out a better solution for any problems. We are very happy with the service and do not hesitate to recommend the company to our friends.

Just an excellent experience with agent Joanne Jones from Ellerslie branch!! Her professionalism never slided! She handled every problem with ease and nothing was ever too much to ask. Always welcomed by her and her responds always in a timely manner. Even after I have moved out from previous place with Ray White Ellerslie, Joanne went above and beyond, with helping me find a place.
