If I could give 0 stars thats what it would be. Never ever use Red Rat Henderson. There should be no additional costs when exchanging items. Not stated on their website, if it is I couldn't see it. Terms and conditions should be clear, easy to read and understand or staff should have stated their will be an additional cost for the exchange which Jenny never said anything about. Thats false advertising and you know it. I will never shop at Red Rat again. You have lost a customer who had genuine interest in your products. I will also be advising my family and friends not to purchase your items. Absolutely poor service from Jenny at the Henderson branch. No wonder you lose business because you don't know how to do your job!!! You need to upskill your staff Red Rat.

I actually took my daughter there. I think it's overpriced & not much clothing for size 18. To me it's a waste of money. There are better shops out there with the same clothes at half the price. You just have to shop around.
