The second is about redeveloping existing skills and acquiring the new skills to again be competitive in the workforce. Third, the participant / client is supported to win job placement through extensive networking, and great preparation. The plus+ factor sees Redeploy working across the charities and NGOs sectors and introducing skilled, experienced and insightful senior staff on flexible and innovative terms. It might be volunteerism, flexi-working, job sharing, fixed term contracting or permanent placement. Community oriented organisations gain the senior skills they need to succeed - and mature workers gain the satisfaction and stimulus of again being meaningfully occupied. Social enterprise businesses (SEBs) are at the interface of private enterprise and the NFP / charities sector. SEBs are administered commercially (for profit) on the strict basis that profits are reinvested directly in to the social purpose, in this instance assisting mature managers and executives (50yrs+) to secure meaningful and productive re-employment.
