Was waiting on-hold for 32min. The first time the phone line simply disconnected after half an hour wait. I was Furious since it was during a very busy time at work. However the next day I called someone did answer after 32 minutes. I have to say the lady was very friendly and helpful. However guys, please hire more customer service staff. You can't make people wait for over half an hour each time

Absolutely appalling phone service no 1 picks up why? Is no1 at the phones ? Been calling every day since we have missed a call from you guys waiting for over 40mins each time & still nothing , have emailed but no reply as of yet ! Answer your damn phones already
