We booked the Glaciers and Mountains self drive tour and could not fault the service and organization from Mani and the team from Relaxing Journeys. Every aspect was perfectly arranged. A couple of our excursions needed to be cancelled and the refunds were provided promptly and without question. The itinerary was brilliant and allowed us to see so much of the beautiful South Island. We loved the tour and NZ and will definitely be booking with Relaxing Journeys again.

North and South Island on the self drive Tasman Odyssey trip March 2019. Excellent locations , vehicles,routes and accommodation..Enjoyed all the side excursions, the jet boat being the highlight. Highly recommended.
Extremely disappointed with this company. We admit we made a mistake with our dates but to be charged a further 142 to go the next day to Milford Sound was a little excessive. A booking fee of say 50 would have been understandable. Not only is this company one of the most expensive. They are also very disorganized. You would think in this day that you would get a text reminder. Also finding the correct tour coach was a mess as you are not advised of the company name taking you. Luckily the driver was great. The only plus with this company. Even getting on the boat at Milford Sound was disorganized. No one knew where to go with separate sections for each bus company. It was chaos. Made for a very disappointing day overall.
Had the best tour with Relaxing Journeys with the best tour guide, Tania, and the best driver, Monica...Met lots of nice people on the tour and saw many beautiful places in New Zealand...Highly recommend this tour company!
