Great people. Glen assessed our new fridge that was damaged during transit. He swiftly contacted the manufacturer which enabled a quick swap to a new one under warranty. Both him and Ammie provided great communication throughout.

Highly Recommend Remedy Appliance servicing! Glen was easy to communicate with and got the job done, I was played around by other appliance service business's for 2 weeks, as soon as I found Remedy on google I contacted Glen and he was more than happy to come to the rescue. Many thanks Glen, the washing machine is working well and there is no leak.

We were seriously impressed by Glen and Ammie in terms of every aspect of their operation. We had an ancient & misbehaving wall oven and left our run a bit too close to Christmas. The things we really valued were: - Great communication at all times. Friendly but straight-talking. - Arriving within the scheduled time-frame (for both the inspection and the later fix) complete with heads-up phone calls in advance. - Very competitive "can't lose" one-fee system. - Integrity: Glen would neither compromise existing customers nor give us false hope by promising to squeeze us in for the fix in a largely booked pre-Christmas schedule, until he knew could get the parts in time. ie he simply wouldn't raise our hopes only to leave us disappointed. - Compassion - While Glen was very transparent in setting our expectations, he still got that we would be stuck for a long holiday period without an oven. When the parts arrived earlier than expected, Ammie was immediately on the phone with the good news that they could in fact get us in before Christmas without compromising their existing clients. In short, a small business showing everyone else (big or small) how it's done. Stop googling for better options right now - there won't be any.
