If the parts not in stock or not in the main catalogue you better believe he's on the phone with the distributor trying to source the right product. He's also just a really kind dude, A to him

I purchased a fuel can online and did click & collect. Online showed that Lunn Ave was the only store who had in stock. Received an email that order was ready to pick up and when I went to pick up they giving me a different fuel can. I said this is not the same as I purchased online and the staff insisted it's the same. So I showed the pic on my phone that the one I purchased has a cap at the back which you unscrew and add oil to the fuel for 2 stroke. He went back to check and couldn't find it. Another staff comes and says that the one they giving me is what I purchased online. Had to show him the pic again. Now both goes to check and consult with the manager. Apparantly they didnt have it in stock but listed online. Finally managed to get a refund. Absolutely waste of time and lack of product knowledge from staff. If the product wasnt in stock, may as well give me a call and say sorry but we dont have it and issue refund. Rather then trying to giving me wrong fuel can and saying it's the same thing.. Will never buy anything from this store..

I purchased a product on the last day before the store closed for lock down. It turned out that said product was not the correct match for my vehicle (no offer to help correctly match it from the staff at the time). I attempted to return the product in level 2, but was informed that I could not return it as it has exceeded 28 days since purchase. Clearly no pre planning into such events was taken, and as always, a very average customer service experience. Take your business elsewhere, these guys aren't worth the hassle.

EDIT: 10/December Regarding training, also need staff to compare product correctly and check sizes. ON my latest visit I called in about a certain product and called in on the phone to check if in stock before I drove in. Product showed on computer system and then I asked for staff to confirm product was out on the floor in the smaller size I needed. I drove in half hour later after being reassured of this. Went to find my product and there was only the extra large which was far too big for my useage. I asked around and the product I needed hadnt been purchased and was more a case of staff just seeing the brand name and thinking yip thats them./EDIT. Need to train staff better. Waited 6 minutes in queue while a pricing error was happening up at the checkout. Checkout person finally bit the bullet,admitted he couldn't fix and went to the back to get assistance from another staff member. 2nd staff member saw the huge line and told us we could purchase at a desk at the back of the store if we were purchasing by card. Cheers mate, oh and if you're going to the effort of hanging a face mask round ya neck you may as well wear the thing properly.
