I first visited RNC a few years ago, and I've been getting excellent advice from Helen since then. It's really nice dealing with Helen because she is extremely friendly but also very professional. I also like that they have facilities for things like body fat testing and healthy supplements so you can get everything you need in the one place. Ponsonby is a very convenient location but it's good to also have the option of Remuera and St Heliers if I need it. And, because I've found the other nutritionists friendly and helpful I'd be happy to use their services too.
