I had my first pilates session by video and it was great! My shoulder has been much better this week. It was so easy to use the phone and still do the session, and I didn't have to leave the house. Will definately do this again.

Never been to a physio before, but this was the best decision i've ever made! Lots of great advice and hands on work. Michelle, especially, has worked wonders (and she's an absolute joy to spend an hour with) . Have been seeking treatment for issues i've had for years, (and newer ones) and have seen an insane amount of improvement in all of them. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been seeing Zee for 7 months following prostate removal surgery on the recommendation of my urologist. Life has changed so much post surgery and thankfully Zee has made me normal again, something at times I thought was impossible.
