Following a misunderstanding and a pretty unpleasant experience, the staff managed to make it up to me and fixed the whole situation within a day. Something that I wasn’t so sure would happen but I am happy it did and I therefore will keep Rockshop as my main store for anything music related. Thank you.

staff roll their eyes at you when you ask for help. including managers who seem to not even want to be there. such a shame as this store has good products and a lot of range. Whoever is in charge of staff needs to get a whole new team because it makes it difficult to even want to support the store when the staff are so rude and so laissez-faire.

Staff were friendly enough but had little interest in helping and didn't seem to have much knowledge of products at all. I spent nearly 5000 and they said they'd give a discount 50 off each speaker. When I went to pick up the 2nd speaker I saw on the receipt they had charged me full price without discount and when I pointed this out he just said sorry and didn't seem to care or want to rectify the situation. Also, when loading my gear into the car he had a cigarette in his mouth which filled my car with the smell of smoke which was gross and not good for my asthma. If you want helpful service go elsewhere.

Best place for audio and equipment services and products. Staff are the best so freindly and knowledgable. Prices are very competitive and they always have deals.

Good selection, but the staff seem unenthusiastic about letting people play the instruments. I tried out four or five guitars over the space of a half hour or so before it was strongly suggested by the employee Michael to buy one or leave. How long does it take to know an instrument is good? Longer than I was given. It's really a shame, because some of the models were well priced and I may have purchased one. There is no way I will return here, and I would encourage actual musicians to go somewhere that will let you vet their products.
