VERY MISLEADING! Went in to buy a lehenga for a wedding from their designer section (upstairs). Was served by SAROJNI, showed me a lehanga claiming it was a Sabyaschi lengha. Original price was about 3000 but initially paid 2600. However it was not a Sabyaschi lengha. And when SAROJNI was selling me this lehenga saying it was a Sabyaschi I asked her multiple times if it was and she confidently said it was. When I realized it wasn't it was a replica I went back to the Manager Gavin he backed his staff claiming she didn't say so when he wasn't even there when I purchased it. I had my family there as a witness confirming that sarojni confirmed it was a Sabyaschi piece upon confronting the manager he backed up his staff and was not interested in listening to my side and he also mentioned it's your family's word against my staff member. He said my staff wouldn't say that and the outcome was NOTHING. IT ALMOST FELT LIKE I WAS SPEAKING TO A STONE. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE MONEY NOT THEIR VALUED CUSTOMERS. ROOP DARSHSN PAPATOETOE IS A RIP OFF. wouldn't recommend this store to anyone not even for small occasions.

I ordered a Yellow and Red Nett Sequins Saree online and they look absolutely beautiful! Delivery was prompt as well and I received my package within 1-3 days. A lovely staff personally came to deliver it to my address. Will definitely be shopping from Roop Darshan again!
