Easily the best place in NZ to buy video, photo and audio related products. The range is massive, website is easy to use, prices are generally fairly competitive, and the customer service is second to none. The team are awesome to deal with and go the extra mile to make things right on the rare occasion that something goes wrong. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Highly recommended.

Good online service. Pick up was friendly. The real shop has almost no stock in it. I was shocked! The product I bought was on sale and good value for money. Free batteries included were flat already which is fault of manufacturer.

Really good customer service, even with slight hiccups with online sales. Ordered a couple of items online with stock levels within a few business days. At the due date, suddenly said supply from supplier will be delayed for a few weeks. That wasn't good for me as I needed it on the coming weekend. Alexis from customer service was able to source them from another supplier apparently and was able to get them in for me just before the weekend in the nick of time. I really do appreciate all her help and assistance to get and source my needed products within such a short period of time. Rubber Monkey has been very good to me so far. I've purchased a few things from them and they have very accommodating and on point. A special shout out to Alexis again for all her help.
