Always friendly knowledgeable staff. However in 2m of looking at their vehicles and leaving our contact details twice, not been contacted once. (You need to grab a sales person if you want to buy). High demand due to covid means they're not chasing for customers

Don't bother to go there if you want service from customer focused and interested sales staff. They are very casual about approaching you to help you and will shuffle off to find " someone else" to assist. I was in the store 15 minutes before i was "approached" The customer seems to be well down the pecking order as a priority. Yet they have a lot to offer.....

RV super centre lives up to its name. Its definitely a one stop shop for all your camper, motorhome or RV needs. Massive setup and a great store with all sorts of bits and pieces. Good place to have a look at various campers and motorhomes, there is usually a lot of stock on display at any given time. I like the store front team, they are very helpful and have great customer service. The store has been recently updated and has a lot of new products. Excellent facilities on site as well.

Awesome staff. Not a place you can browse through a variety of vans. You need to know the one you want to look at. And when you are still deciding what you like, or don't, then not the place to go.

I take it we aren't the only couple having a problem contacting Rv super centre? Reason for contacting them is for an update on delivery of motor home order'd early December through 'there' agent in Palmerston north. Who can't get any information from them. Now not answering the Phones.

We bought nearly new motor caravan a month ago despite several emails and one visit to fix hot water and heating still not right more emails no reply from sales wrong mileage put on diesel miles more letters to vehicle rego think I have it sorted still have not got 250 promised in sale for accessories asked 3 times not impressed spent 110,000 want to return it as an 80yr old don't need the stress
