I have had an absolutely miserable experience with these guys. Purchased a brand new vehicle from Andrew Simms in Newmarket who outsourced the intallation of a gps mirror and reverse camera to RVE. That system was installed terribly to begin with. Shoddy workmanship left an untidy cut in the roof lining where the microphone was installed. The system then proceeded to cause issues continuously. I bought the vehicle in 2015 and now in jan 2019 RVE has decided to remove this system from the vehicle after numerous attempts to rectify the problem. They were supposed to return the vehicle to factory spec! However when I went to pick it the factory mirror fitted to the car is from an older non built in mic model and the roof lining still has the microphone in it. The reverse camera is still fitted and no longer able to be used! This is not factory spec! I’m left having paid for a BRAND NEW vehicle in 2015 with one that has now been butchered by these guys over nearly 3 and a half years. No GPS and no reverse camera function either!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their time spending a premium with this company when you can get far better workmanship and systems that actually work for a fraction of the price elsewhere!
