Was told stories of workers that died and watched a video of an oil rig in the ocean that blew up. Answers to the question paper is spoonfed and the trainer never actually goes through the permit and discuss all the needed details, but expects you at the end of the day to fill one out for marking. You are given a thick handbook to take home and reed on your own as it hardly gets opened or used in class. Don not do Fonterra permit courses if your company does not follow the same procedures.
