A beautiful church of Anglican flavour. Nice grounds. Carpark @ 6 for 4 hrs and 10 all day. Credit cards only mind you. It's the Cathedral I think. Old and new. Worth a visit.

Had a blessed Christmas night mass. Very prompt timings. 11 30 pm start and finished 1am dot....! Beautiful church and blissful service

It is easily better than the Cathedral which it's along side. Why they ever built a new Cathedral when they had the St Mary's amazes everyone.

St Marys is one of the largest wooden churches in the Auckland region and for many years served as the Cathedral for the Anglican Diocese. It's simple design out of native timber is beautiful. It sits alongside the new cathedral in Parnell Road. The organ was recently completely renovated and sounds wonderful. St Marys is very popular for weddings and funerals.
