Very bad customer service experience. We were there with our 8 months old twins for ear piercing, unattended for 20 minutes away. When asked she gave me an excuse there is no chair available so we need to wait further standing holding the babies .After 10 min we decided to leave then she brought the chair from the counter..how ridicule!.She was under confident and was unnecessary giving us pressure while the process of ear piercing.My husband was totally upset with her nature . She didn't get it right in the first go and poor my baby had to pierced again to fix her mistake.. we been there before to buy jewelleries but lost your loyal customer now. No proper apology and we paid 55 for the customer service
