Went there earlier last month. All the items were very well-displayed. Scored some really cute stationery and gave them to a friend; she loved them. The staff was happy to tell me about the store discounts that were on at the time; my experience was very relaxing; the store had a very peaceful, pleasing atmosphere.

Have visited the store today (2018 Boxing Day). Found the staff member pretty annoying by illustrating the fact that 70% off was applied to the second item but not the first one. She said "nice try" when I asked about the deal....

Very very unpleasant experience at the shop today. Went in with my mum and toddler whom is a big fan of Hello Kitty. Toddler was only touching, not even holding, the shop stuff however she quickly ran to her and kept following them around. Very very uncomfortable. Will not be visiting in store ever again if the same lady still works there!! Disappointed service received!

This is one of the best gift stores I have ever been to, they have constantly changing interesting sales, are always actively bringing in new stock and will take requests and always have a good selection of items on special than range from cool hot swappable faceplate computer mice to blankets and super cute plushies and bags. The staff member (maybe owner?) in the downtown store was so friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about their products, and the store layout is great - too many cool products tucked into baskets and special displays! really happy my sister showed me this store will definitely be returning for more gudetama products, I love this handbag! ️

Personally love the shop, the selection of items, the range and the quality of customer service is high. The environment is welcoming. Prices are appropriate. The quality of items is excellent. I visit every now and then, but always leave happy and always leave with something new.

One of my favourite spot in NZ!! As a devoted Hello Kitty fan for 30 years this place is truely the one for me. They have great collections from all over the world you can not normally get it from other Sanrio stores. Prices are also reasonable and staff is really friendly and helpful. They do promotion quite often so recommend to connect with FB and Instagram.
