I got him to come and fix my Samsung fridge. He opened the back and muck around it for a while. He said he filled some gas and saying that it was fixed. Charged me 200 for it. However, it wasn't fixed at all and wasn't the gas problem. He simply doesn't know what to do. How pathetic.

Came within the hour, did some repair to electrical cord leading to freezer lid but unfortunately the repairs didn't last long.
I had the same experience as Shaun. The serviceman came in, looked at the Fridge/ Freezer turned around and walked away to his vehicle saying it can't be fixed without giving any reason. Just sheer arrogance!!! He needs to learn how to deal with customers. Just wasted my time waiting for him, could have got someone else to come and fix the fridge in that time. Don't even deserve 1 star.
Phoned this company to come and repair large fridge unit which I explained very clearly on the phone!!! Turned up walked in door and looked at unit then turned and got in his vehicle and just drove off??? Just unbelievable....
I commend this man for coming on a public holiday (the first time). Although English is a second language so there were difficulties with communication. Had to recall him within 3 weeks after repairing the fan in the freezer as the whole fridge/freezer stopped working again. He never informed us he was replacing the element (although according to him it was working fine 3 weeks ago). He then charged us another massive amount. Had he been upfront with what work needed to be done I would have just brought a new fridge! Needless to say we will not be recommending this serviceman based on our experience.
