This review is long overdue since I'm still waiting for pictures. Claudia was my makeup artist and I'm so happy with her work. I really recommend paying for the trial make up. I know you're basically paying for the 'same thing' twice, but I think it's really worth it as it really reduces the stress you have to go through on the day of the wedding. For example, during my trial, it probably took a good 30-45 min, a few tries to nail down how I want my brows done. I'm just really glad we got that sorted out before so on the day of, Claudia knew exactly what I was looking for. Claudia was just lovely to work with. She was patient, makes me feel comfortable despite just meeting her for the first time, and really listened to what I wanted in the look. She didn't mind all the back and forth and changes during the trial at all. Claudia really made this part of the wedding stress free and I highly recommend!

Thank you Serenity and Sita for doing mine and my bridesmaids make up and hair for my special day the make up was "Amazing" and stayed on right through the day and night and same with the hair. I would definitely recommend you with your warm and funny sense of humor that just makes you feel at ease and would absolutely love to go back and have this done again when I have an occasion to go to, so thank you very much for making me amazing! :-) xxx Karen,Vanessa and Faith xxx

I recently contacted Serenity very late notice for a make up & hair appointment. Whilst fully booked at first, Alice, was absolutely amazing in her communication & calling me as soon as there was a cancellation. On top of this, Deepika was fantastic & I couldn't have asked for a better consultant. She was on time, so lovely to spend an hour or so with AND I looked gorgeous. I had so many lovely comments on my hair & make up throughout the night. I can't recommend Serenity & their team highly enough
Serenity and her team did an outstanding job on not only completing my hair and makeup for my wedding but an additional 4 bridesmaids and mother of the bride. From the start Serenity was easy to communicate with, polite and very organised. Prior to my wedding, I was sent a timetable of how the make up and hair will run for the day, creating one less job for myself. Just what every bride to be needs! My hair and make up stayed perfectly throughout the day and I had multiple compliments about my makeup from not only guests, but other friends who were also makeup artists. I would without a doubt recommend Serenity and her team for any occasion.

Serenity is nice and experienced. I felt comfortable to spend 3 hours with her while going through makeup and hair styling lesson :) :) :) :) .
