I will not recommend this place. It’s on your own risk. Make sure you cross check the attendant is trained. I went to there Botany branch to get my eyebrows done. And the girl attendant ripped off my skin with the thread without my knowledge. I went to complain and they gave me expired products to put on my skin cut which is dangerous to use and unsafe because of the chemicals present in them.

I go here regularly and have always had a positive experience. The staff are welcoming and very accommodating. I got a haircut for the first time here today, with Gurmeet and she did a fabulous job. I love the cut, it was quick and easy and yet relaxing. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Gurmeet!
