Just want to say how impressed with I was with the service at the store today. I was briefly visiting to purchase a new GHD straightener. The person who served me (didn't catch her name) was genuinely wanting feedback about my experience with GHD. Told her I had the straightener for 6 years, she asked what happened and if it suddenly just stopped working. I said no it was still going strong it just happened to get stolen over the weekend. She gave me an extra little styling kit pack with my new GHD free of charge. I'm telling you it's the little gestures like that which make customers return. So thank you very much!

If you know what you want and what works? Great. Do not go there and ask for advice. Useless. Not personal but after wasting hundreds of dollars? I’m now speaking up. And today I find out they are actually Rodney Wayne’s, so they should know there products. I’m taking this issue further.
