Served by a really rude sales person,when I queried the price, he torn down the price tag right in front of my face, telling me they changed the price over the weekend, even tho I checked the price right before I left home today. Horrible customer service and sales person full of lie, didn’t kept the name of the guy but it’s an Indian looking with big beard. Suggest the boss terminate him now.
I purchased the oral-b genius 9000 from this store as I was looking for an electric toothbrush. Thomas was very helpful and explained the product quite clearly. I was quite pleased with my experience. Highly recommend!

Salesperson Abhay T - as a retired 24 Chain Store Owner my experience this morning with Abhay T while not rude was very indifferent, barely spoke and reluctant to come out from behind the counter. As a "Mystery Shopper" I would advise management to terminate his employment.
I came to buy the 17.99 trimmer was told over the phone product is not good ahhh so why are you guys selling this then ?I see the angle this is a bait product to upselling techniques and selling shoppers a more higher GP item .You guys fail to realise shoppers come from different career backgroundsso comms must be precise-never downplay your product thats Lesson 101 in selling !
