Greedy owners , Asking way too much for this property. Bare in mind before you buy , the house right at the back is going to be converted into a hostel soon, mean more students, more parties. You will never have peace here. There are already more than 10 people living in 1 property right at this house's backside. This wasn't told when we viewed the place , we only got to know after talking to neighbors. We wouldn't waste our money buying here.
