One of the best vegetarian Indian restaurants in Auckland when it comes to food and prices. However seems heavily limited on staff because orders always take a while to arrive. Even though the serving staff is nice, the service could be better as well.

We had been to the dinner and the food was wonderful. The sweets were delicious, my favorite has always been their milk sweets, and not to miss out on their savories. I tried Ghevar this time, it was awesome, and everyone enjoyed it, would suggest trying it. The staff were kind and easy to approach and appreciate their professionalism. Overall, it was a great dinner night we had at Shivani, Mt. Roskill. Thanks for the hospitality!

All vegetarian restaurant. Big menu ranging from Indian street food, sizzling platters to thali (set) meals. All were yummy. Can't wait to go again.

One of the finest sweets in town. Their rasmalai is to die for .A perfect combination of a wonderful ambience and good food .Not to miss their authentic South Indian buffet ..

Worst Indian food I have ever had. Me and my partner visited in restaurant 1st time after listening "Hum FM" radio ad on Saturday, 20th March and ordered a few items. Like Pav Bhaji, Soup, Tikki Chaat, and also grab some snacks but, eating food was a night mare. Too much salt, too much spicy, you can't feel the taste of any other ingredient. Never ever going to visit again or recommend any one. Also, Hygiene Issues - the restaurant was not clean, old food and tissues were scattered under the tables. Looks like not vacuuming and cleaning on daily basis. Not worth to spend in this restaurant to taste the Indian Food. No where near the real Indian food Taste.

The worst food EVER... STALE FOOD, SO STALE IT STANK. cold food, reheated in microwave. Two people holding the fort... Poor guys I feel sad for them. Maybe getting underpaid and overworked. This is my SECOND EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PLACE. I DUNNO WHY PEOPLE GO THERE! MINUS FIVE STARS. NEVER AGAIN IN THIS PLACE. BEST LUCK TO ALL WHO GO THERE LISTENING TO THE ADS ON RADIO.
