Definitely recommend for any sort of shoe fixes and very upfront about the cost. The turnaround time is pretty decent few days to a week, but okay to collect a little later if it works for you.
Came here 25 years ago when visiting for work, and now I live here just back from picking up a repair, and same great service and friendly staff. An Auckland gem.
these guys are the bomb! they are knowledgeable, practical, don't charge the earth for a fabulous quality service. Would definitely recommend for good old fashioned service
The gentleman here has exceptional skills as a cobbler, capable of reviving dead footwear or even improving on poor manufacturing found throughout the industry these days. The workmanship and advice here is definitely worth the money any day; I'd easily pay more for the same work.
Not very friendly, I just want to get some key cut and want to know how much. There were no service... 1 guy was talking to lady about shoes repair.. I waited for an extended while, he didn't even stop me when I leave. Could have ask some one at the back to come out to check on me or just stop a little while to check if I am a quick job or get my contact etc... Nothing. Business must be doing well to afford loosing a new customer.
Hard to find good merchants these days very rare. Good quality service all round. Very pleased. Thank you.
