Had the Zip of my favorite jacket replaced, done quicker than I expected with a very good result.
I walked in with a quite oversized coat and went home with a perfect one. The ladies did amazing job and extremely professional. Hightly recommended.
I came here to get the sleeves of my coat shortened. When the lady had a look, she told me it was completely impossible because of where the button holes were on. It came off like it was ridiculously impossible and made it seem like she was upset that I brought it there and couldnt wait for me to leave. I left and took my coat to Look Smart at Westfield Albany where they took my coat in, no questions asked and they did an excellent job at it, 5/5 stars. I'm sure Shore Fit is good based on other reviews but I did not have a pleasant refusal at the shop.
Absolutely thrilled with the service received here. I brought my wedding dress in for alterations days before I needed to wear it (after being altered elsewhere unsuccessfully). Turn around was fast, the dress looked amazing once it had been altered and customer service was incredible. Will only be returning here now for any future alterations that need to be done. Thank you very much!!
This lady was absolutely incredible. My friend and I travelled from Australia for a wedding and she made some last minute, same day alterations to our suits at very little expense. She is not only affordable but we also loved the results. Thank you so much.
Had two pairs of suit pants which needed the waist taken out. They were worried their might not be enough material, explained the risks and the process and made it clear how to proceed. Two days later - I can happily wear two new suits I purchased! So grateful, will visit again in future :)
