Brilliant friendly driver for our airport trip this AM. Very safe and even arrived a bit early so no stress at all. Comfy clean large van with toddler seat. Would definitely recommend highly.

Adam picked us up from airport. He was super friendly and a careful driver. All went to plan at airport. He txt us to tell us where to meet him for pick up. Would recommend Shore Shuttles for an easy trip from Airport to North Shore. Initial booking via 0800 number was friendly and efficient.
The new owners/management have restored this company to its former self or better. We used them August/September 2019 and they were reliable and helpful.
Terrific service by friendly, helpful drivers Norman and Greg.. Pick ups to and from the North Shore were on time with delivery to the airport in plenty of time for my departure. I have used Shore Shuttles prior to this trip and on all occasions found it to be a fantastic service that I will continue to use and recommend to others.
Probably a good option for some. Maybe if you live or can get to a pickup station it's worth it? With the quoted price i got from them, it was cheaper to drive to n from ariport and park at park n fly with airport shuttle. Get better pricing guys
Do not use this company. They are closing down according to the owners as of May 8, 2019 and are unable to refund for failed services. Quote “we are trying to sell our house to make refunds” They failed to make a prepaid pickup from Auckland Airport at 11:30 pm on May 7 and calls to the emergency number went straight to voice mail with none being returned I received a text at Midnight from the backup driver checking to see if I had been picked up because “the scheduled driver has been missing some pickups”. I texted back that I was still waiting but received no response. I foolishly assumed the backup driver was speeding out from the North Shore to pick me up and couldn’t use his phone. Out of consideration I waited for the back up driver for an hour. Repeated calls to the back up driver’s mobile went unanswered. At 1 am (90 minutes after arrival) I gave up and took a taxi. An email to Shore Shuttles the next day went unanswered. So I called and was told that the business closed down last night and was no longer trading. A refund? “Yeah when we sell our house”. The owners of Shore Shuttles have another registered business North Shore Shuttles. Beware, Shore Shuttles fraudulently is taking credit card bookings with no intention of providing the service.
Brilliant service, both drivers where on time, super helpful and friendly. I booked both directions to airport and home again very last minute but that wasn’t an issue for them, good price, will definitely use again and recommend
Do not use their service. Dishonest customer service, uncomfortable seats (way worse than normal buses), and expensive charges (13 more than the Uber quote, two people). You can definitely save both time & money by taking a taxi/Uber, plus a better travel experience.
