Absolutely loving the spa. Had great service the whole way, from the purchase, to the delivery (very helpful) to the after sales service. We have 2 soaks a day at a lower temperature. Our very tall autistic son actually manages to stay still and relaxed for 15 minutes. We all have plenty of room. Best money spent.

Do not deal with these people! We ordered a spa that we were told was refurbished as it had a small crack above the waterline. On delivery the spa turned up with a massive patch that looked like it had been done by a drunk 5 yr old. A real mess of a repair. Not only that but the outer case was cracked as had parts missing. Ive tried calling silver spas several times to see what could be done and they do not even have the courtesy to return my calls. Worst customer service I have ever seen especially on a high price item like this. Unreal. Great service until they have your funds in their account then don't ever expect a thing if you have an issue. Buyer beware. There's companies out there that actually value their customers, especially those in the trade whom could send plenty of clients their way.

We bought a Silver Spa a year ago and have had it turned off since June. We were getting power bills between 120-150 / month on top of the regular bill. This means the spa was using about 15 units of power per day - through the summer and autumn months. Even after speaking with Silver Spas and them saying between 45-60 / month nothing changed no matter what we did to try and change this. Silver Spas call their pools ‘Energy Efficient’ and describe them as ‘limit(ing) energy consumption, making it lighter on your pocket and the environment’. This is all blah blah blah and not true. Don’t waste your money.

Called up and asked if their spa vacuum would work to suck up sand. they wouldn't let me test it in store (alarm bell right there). I said i didn't want to waste the 115 if it didn't work but was told it will work fine. Unfortunately its no good.
