Excellent 5 star service from the new car sales team. Even though we did not end up buying a Mitsubishi and went for Toyota instead, the sales staff (Nick & Mike) were knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly, professional and all round fantastic. We have history with Toyota and that was the only reason we went with them. Very torn as Mitsubishi has a fantastic product and the people are top quality. I wish your team all the best.

We picked up our new ASX Black Out Edition recently and love having the new model. Having previously owned an ASX, we decided to upgrade. Popped in over a weekend and the Fleet Manager Dallas looked after us. Was very happy with his knowledge of the upgraded model [and the easy trade in of the older ASX].

We picked up our new (2dn hand) car from Simon Lucas Mitsubishi today. Patrick from their sales team was awesome and incredibly helpful, mainly because we did most of the transaction remotely. We found the whole thing very easy, Patrick was always available to answer questions, sent us detailed pictures and a full description of the car. We put a deposit in and it was fully refundable, the whole point was to sell us something we were really happy with. And we were, we scored a pretty good deal. The car was 100% like the photos and description. The transfer of ownership was a breeze. Overall a fantastic customer experience. Recommended.
