Had heaps of fun here, a few drinks, immaculately clean with sanitizer everywhere. Great slot machines, I was surprised to see that they had slot machines outside in the smokers areas when I went out to talk to a friend. Plenty of food options inside the casino.

Nothing short of a world class experience Everytime. Excellent service and hygiene protocol. Security is top class.food and drink selection can be improved but it's still okay. Your review may very depending on how much money you make or lose but all in all it's a good place to spend time.
Would give 5 but it'snot worth 5 star. 1. Temperature always hot 2. Even when the tables are full they won't open the other empty tables. I have been regular for a year and it's same all the time. Super crowded table games when there are couple more empty ones 3. Dealers are nice and helpful but their superiors are not very professional. It's not a good look if you behave rude in front of customers
It's A must go in the Heart of Auckland city, lovely staff and wonderful venue.

Would be 5 stars but the staff are rude and when ordering a drink at the bar, I was watching the guy mix my drink. Charged me for alcohol but only gave me lemonade! When I told him that I saw he clearly put no alcohol into it, he argued with me until finally making me the drink I ordered.
Always a safe environment. Remembered my license this time to sign up for my premium card, was worth it. Can get free carparking, casino accomodation, dining and gaming perks.
Stayed at sky city. Brilliant place to rest your head
