I want to give zero star. I am very disappointed their sushi rice. The rice tasted like cooked yesterday. I had worked Sushi shop for 10 years and I am a Japanese. I don’t understand how could they sell those tired hard sushi rice for high prices. I have seen high piles of cooked rice containers at 5:30 pm at Smart sushi Silvia park. That was obviously for next day. Any rice for restaurant and take away should be cooked on same day that consume.

I could see workers taking out containers of old rice, sushi itself was hard and my mother (who's worked with sushi for over 10 years) says that the fish didnt even taste fresh. Im mainly making this review on her behalf

Located in the heart of Dressmart, Smart Sushi provides just like your local sushi shop. Run by a family(?), the store seems very clean, organized and well displayed. There is limited seating, but a large range of foods. Would recommend, but don't expect too much.
Very bad.. do not recommend. First they gave me with rice half cooked..when I returned it they offered refund but I was hungry so I chose alternative that was not good either...I eat sushi regularly.. this was the worst one so far..
