We used Smartbox when we were selling our house. We used two of their boxes. The process was easy and the staff informative. The boxes arrived on time and when one stayed with a bit longer than expected they checked with us first. We then got caught by lockdown and again they communicated well and contacted us as soon as they could. Yesterday I asked them two organize the return the two boxes at a new location on two different days. I was nicely surprised when I got a quick response confirming the timetable and they got the details right. I think the charges are reasonable. Be sure to budget the charge to get your box back.
I have stored my belongings with Smartbox over several years and I have received nothing but great service over this time. I recommend highly to anyone looking for and excellent storage facility. Would use them again in heartbeat if needed.

Top class service, great experience all round from initial phone call to final redelivery. The office girls were efficient and helpful. We stored our whole 3 bedroom house for 14 months while we travelled overseas. Thank you for taking care of all our stuff and for the very reasonable long term rate and service. I was looking to pack up my belongings for 6 months while I house sat a friends place and after reseraching 3-4 different places, Smartbox was by far the cheapest and most convenient option for me. It is an incredibly easy system to use and I love that I didn't have to be there for collection the next day. By bringing the storage unit to my location I save on transport costs and meant I could package up my belongings in between rain showers (thank you Auckland weather!) instead of having to move in the rain because I only have a small window of time to move. I would definitely recommend Smartbox, they were so easy to use and all of the staff I spoke to were incredibly friendly and helpful.
I had the most amazing help as this was very urgent and needed it set up for the very next day 24/08. Jonelle (Auckland office ) was the star to get this job case going and the polite and helpful driver arranged everything so efficiently and in time for the next day early at 7am. Absolutely very grateful for all their help. Thank you again to you both as you both really helped me out of a bind. Fantastic workers!!
